Overall I think The 6 Working Genius helped our team better understand differences in individual working styles and how those impact productivity and collaboration within a team.
I know it personally helped me grow in my understanding and recognition of others' strengths and styles (especially those that are different from my own) and how none is more or less valuable than the other but all are essential to a healthy, functioning team.
I also think it has helped me to appreciate and accept my own unique wiring, assuring me that I don't need to be (and can't be) strong in all six geniuses but that I need to find ways to maximize my strengths in the workplace. Very helpful and enlightening!
